Solution Complète

Voici la solution complète de Super Runabout version dreamcast française faite de mes soins.
Note : toute ce qu'il y a écrit en anglais n'a pas été testé et en conséquence n'est pas sûr mais je l'ai mi quand même... (la soluce n'est pas fini)

Débloquer tout les Emblems :
C'est juste un petit guide pour débloquer tout les Emblems comme je le pense.
Vous devez être dans le mode "Hard" pour débloquer tout les Emblems, mais la plupart sont disponible dans le mode "Medium".

SCENARIO A: FAMILY
Mission 1
Emblem 01 - The IMC: Fiat 600 :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 15 - Climax editors :
Sautez dans le bureau vitré qui est près du bâtiment en triangle, prenez la valise et finissez la mission.

Mission 2
Emblem 02 - SST-A - Dodge Truck :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 03 - Special Mission 1 :
Prenez 4 hotdogs et finissez la mission.

Mission 3
Emblem 04 - ES-GT - Sports Sedan :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 05 - F1-6 - Six wheeled F1 car
Finissez la mission avec 0$ de dégât.
Emblem 13 - SGX-11 - Suzuki Motorcycle :
Quand vous arrivez à 2700 yards de l'arrivée, allez à gauche du pont (il faut passer à travers un petit bâtiment), allez encore à gauche et vous arriverez dans les égout. Allez toujours tout droit et quand vous arrivez dans une pièce ronde avec un pilier au centre, allez du côté gauche et prenez la première à gauche. Vous trouverez la valise. Prenez-là, faîte demi-tour, allez a droite, prenez la première a droite et allez toujours tout droit. Sortez des égout et finissez la mission avant la F1.

Finish the mission in under 3 minutes.
Hints..
Go through the trolley roundtable yard at the base of hill.
Take the ramp and hit the building (Naito House).
Hit the fire hydrant on the right in last stretch.
Unlocks: Emblem 14 - PIGGIE and Emblem 28 - BIM - Men in Black car

Mission 4
Emblem 06 - XSR - Acura NSX :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 07 - Special Mission 2
Finissez la mission en moins de 2 minutes.

Mission 5
Emblem 08 - ATV-A - Army 4x4 :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.

Mission 6
Emblem 09 - TANK-A - Army Tank :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé en ayant plus de 30,000,000 $ de domage.

Special Mission 1
Emblem 10 - RSP - Street Sweeper :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 11 - Bus-A - Tour Bus :
Finissez la mission avec 0$ de damage.

Special Mission 2
Emblem 12 - F1-X :
Pour débloquer cette emblem, il faut être dans le mode "Hard".
Finissez la mission en moins de 7 minutes et prenez la photo qui est derriere...
Take the picture at the end of the golden gate and the one on the far side of fort point underneath the bridge.
Note: They aren't marked on the map.

SCENARIO B: POLICE
RAPPELE : Vous devez être dans le mode "Hard" pour débloquer tout les Emblems, mais la plupart sont disponible dans le mode "Medium".

Mission 1
Emblem 16 - 4WB - Quad Bike:
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.

Mission 2
Emblem 17 - CVH - imer runs out :
Finissez la mission avant que le temps soit écoulé.
Emblem 22 - AMB - Ambulance :
Emblem 23 - ATV-B; Army 4x4 :
Hit the moving ambulances and take a shortcut through the subway.

Mission 6
Finish the mission before the timer runs out and cause $1,000,000 worth of damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 24 - Combo-1 - The Red Truck

Special Mission 1
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Emblem 25 - TAC - Fast Sports car
Finish the mission with $0 damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 26 - Bus-B - Tour Bus

Special Mission 2
Finish the mission before the timer runs out.
Unlocks: Nothing at all.
Only under the Hard setting will you get an emblem..
Finish the mission under 6:40 and with $0 of damage.
Unlocks: Emblem 27 - Tank-B

NAME CHEAT (JAP VERSION)
Enter your name as:
ELVIS!!!
This will unlock everything..
This doesn't work on the PAL or NTSC/North American versions

Unlock all cars and levels
Enter "Elvis!!!" as a license entry to unlock all cars and levels.

Free Roam
Go to the Free Run mode in the garage or do mission S2 in Scenario A. Note:
When you're free roaming in Scenario A Do not take all pictures or you'll get the
time lim it to go back to garage.

Unlocking Emblems
Some emblems can be lock in easy mode but most of them are unlocked in
normal or hard mode.

Scenario A
Emblem 1: IMC: Fiat 600: Complete Mission 1
Emblem 2: SST: Dodge Ram: Complete Mission 2
Emblem 3: Mission S1: Complete Mission 2 with all 4 hot dogs in
normal or hard mode.
Emblem 4: ES GT: Peugeot 406: Complete Mission 3
Emblem 5: F16: Complete Mission 3 with $0 damage.
Emblem 6: XSR: Honda/Acura NSX: Complete Mission 4
Emblem 7: Mission S2: Complete Mission 4 under 2 minutes in
normal or hard mode.
Emblem 8: ATV: Hummer H1: Complete Mission 5
Emblem 9: TANK: Complete Mission 6 with $30,000,000 damage.
Emblem 10: RSP: Complete Mission S1
Emblem 11: BUS: Complete Mission S1 with $0 damage

Scenario B
